$500 Whelen 9M28 Series Light Bar

I have a 50" Whelen edge 9M28 Series Light Bar. I don't know much about it as it was my deceased husbands. It was only used for a short time for the fire department. I think it may need new wiring because it looks as though it was cut (I included a picture). There is also an antenna, paperwork and some miscellaneous wiring. It was assembled in 2006 and brand new cost over $1000. I am asking for $500 or best reasonable offer. It has been in storage and is an excellent condition. Please email me
